Featured speaker Elisa Dworak will share her powerful health journey. In 2020, at age 60, Elisa began a vegan diet and has since reversed pre-diabetes, resolved sleep apnea—and lost 115 pounds! Her transformation was featured on the Forks Over Knives website, and in 2024 she earned a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
You’ll also learn about the science-backed benefits of a whole-food, plant-based (WFPB) diet—and how it can support your long-term health and well-being.
